AFTER SALES SERVICE


Providing responsive and dedicated after sales service is our upmost priority. The service team from our SCI branches and distributors receive intensive training from our factory. Their knowledge and skills are reviewed yearly to ensure an updated support to our customers.
 
A good range of critical spare parts are available in our factory that can be shipped to worldwide customers within hours of activation.

 

In line with our support strategy, we create a dedicated Chat-group for every end user, which serves as a communication channel. The Chat-group is joined by the SCI service and technical team and the engineers/technicians on end user side. All questions, concerns and technical inquiries will be discussed in real-time.
We use social media to facilitate our communication channel with Apps like: Viber, Line, WhatsApp and Skype. The end user can choose which Apps he is comfortable with.
