What is Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD)?
Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is a technique used to deposit thin films on a substrate through chemical reactions of gaseous precursors. When enhanced by plasma, known as PECVD, this method allows for precise control over film thickness, composition, and properties. CVD is widely applied in semiconductor manufacturing, optics, and protective coatings.
