What is Glow Discharge?
Glow discharge is a type of plasma that forms between electrodes in a vacuum when a gas is ionized. It produces a characteristic glow due to electron collisions exciting gas atoms. Glow discharge is widely used in thin-film deposition, surface cleaning, and spectroscopy applications.
