AEON Table-Top Batch Plasma System
AEON is SCI Automation's table-top batch plasma cleaning system, designed for consistent results in manufacturing and, thanks to its simple shelf design, just as effective in the laboratory. Its four shelves, each with its own powered and ground electrode, take parts up to 350 × 325 mm for plasma cleaning before wire bonding, transfer molding and underfill, on PCBs and BGA substrates, and for surface cleaning and activation before coating or painting.
