Quadrio Alpha High Volume Plasma System
Quadrio Alpha is SCI Automation's semi-automatic plasma cleaning system for lead frames in magazines, used before wire bonding and transfer molding. Each lead frame is taken out of its magazine, plasma processed and put back in the same magazine, for the best cleaning and activation results. It is compact and high-throughput, comes in four- and five-magazine versions, and has been refined continuously since the first Quadrio systems of 2004, with lead-frame traceability options for MES integration.
