QML-B XL Heavy Duty Inline Plasma System
QML-B XL is SCI Automation's heavy duty inline plasma cleaning system for big trays and assemblies. Its 44.4 L plasma chamber takes products up to 533 x 280 x 180 mm, the chamber, conveyors, dry vacuum pump and 600 W, 13.56 MHz RF generator share a single cabinet, and its SMEMA interface docks it into automated lines for plasma cleaning before wire bonding, transfer molding and under-fill, and on PCBs and BGA substrates.
