TITAN Batch Plasma Cleaning System
TITAN is SCI Automation's batch plasma cleaning system for lead frames in magazines, used for plasma cleaning before wire bonding and transfer molding. Up to six magazines sit in dedicated positions in the chamber, so every lead frame in every magazine is treated equally, and fragile or already wire-bonded lead frames stay in their magazine instead of passing through automatic handling that could damage them.
